To work out at the meetings of the structural subdivisions of the PU "Ukrainian Institute of Childhood" issues regarding normative documents that regulate the relationship between the employees of the Institute, in particular between managers, pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical employees, students and parents.

Involve employees of the Institute to participate in educational and preventive measures regarding the prevention of bullying/mobbing in the teaching staff of preschool, comprehensive general secondary and after-school education institutions.

Conduct classes for employees of PU "Ukrainian Institute of Childhood", education seekers and parents on the following issues:
- adjustment of the microclimate in the Institute's subdivisions;
- resolving conflicts peacefully;
- formation of assertiveness skills
- familiarization with regulatory documents that regulate the relationship between employees of the Institute and students, etc.

Include in the work schedule the responsible persons of the PU "Ukrainian Institute of Childhood" for conducting consultations of employees and students of education, parents on issues of rights protection and prevention of bullying/mobbing.

To conduct a survey of employees of the Institute, students of education, and parents on issues of attitude to the problem of bullying/mobbing in teams and detection of bullying.

"1.If a teacher, academic staff member, or any other employee of the Institute witnesses bullying, they must report it to the director of the Institute, regardless of whether the victim of bullying has complained to them or not.
2.Upon receiving a complaint from the victim, the relevant person must inform the director in writing about the bullying incident. Grounds for responding to bullying incidents include a statement or report from any person who has been involved in bullying or suspects that bullying has occurred against a student and/or by such a person against other participants in the educational process, or who has received reliable information about it. The statement or report may be addressed to the director of the Institute or other entities responsible for responding to bullying cases. The statement or report is accepted in written form, including via electronic communication. A ""Trust Box"" has been created at the Institute for submitting written complaints, and for electronic complaints, messages can be sent to the electronic ""Trust Box.""
3.Upon receiving a statement or report about a bullying incident, the director must initiate a meeting of the commission to review the bullying case (hereinafter referred to as the commission) no later than three working days after receiving the statement or report and ensure control over the implementation of the commission's decisions.
4.The commission may include teachers and/or academic staff, the parents of both the victim and the bully, the director of the institution, and other interested parties.
5.If the commission determines that bullying occurred and it was not a one-time conflict, the head of the institution is obliged to inform the relevant divisions of the National Police of Ukraine and the Child Protection Service. If the commission does not classify the incident as bullying and the victim disagrees, they may immediately appeal to the National Police of Ukraine. In any case, the director of the Institute ensures psychological support for all participants involved in the incident."

"The Commission for the Review of Bullying Cases, which is established at the Institute to address bullying incidents:
Identifies the causes and consequences of the bullying incident;
Takes measures to eliminate the causes of bullying;
Makes decisions regarding the application of corrective measures towards the bully;
Resolves issues related to providing psychological support and ensuring the victim's (the target's) protection from further bullying incidents;
Provides recommendations to the academic (teaching) staff of the Institute regarding appropriate methods for conducting the educational process and other activities with students, their parents, or other legal representatives;
Offers recommendations to the parents or other legal representatives of the student who was involved in the bullying incident.
If the Commission for the Review of Bullying Cases determines that bullying, rather than a one-time conflict, has occurred at the educational institution, the director is obligated to inform the relevant divisions of the National Police of Ukraine and the Child Protection Service."
